Lancel offers a sophisticated and seamless return process, allowing you to return or exchange your leather goods within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Access your Lancel account or the guest order portal to select the specific items you wish to return and receive your unique Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original dust bags and protective packaging, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Securely attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the exterior of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop-off and Tracking

  Deliver your package to the designated courier collection point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return to our French atelier.
